Ear seeds are an alternative option to needles that promote and stimulate the same points. They are small gold dots attached to stickers placed on the same points as needles.Seeds stay on from 1-4 weeks on average
Who: I'm Gopika and I'll be your facilitator. I am trained and certified in the NADA Protocol and have had the privilege to serve many under-served communities and rehab facilities here on Hawai'i. I am on an infinite journey to bring the tools that have transformed my life to you. My extensive study in Buddhist philosophy, over 1000 hours of training in yoga, meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and experience teaching and serving to an array of different communities allow me to curate a mindful and healing experiences for all levels.
